AZP Holdings is an advisory and introduction firm. We help clients think through corporate structuring, strategy and international expansion.
AZP Holdings is not a licensed corporate service provider (CSP) and does not carry out regulated corporate, fiduciary, trust or administration services itself. Whenever a matter requires regulated work, we introduce the client to an independent CSP licensed in Cyprus, Malta or the relevant jurisdiction. That partner is engaged directly by the client and delivers the regulated services under its own licence and responsibility. AZP Holdings' role is limited to advice and to making the introduction.
Everything published here is general background about our firm and our way of working. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and no one should act on it without taking advice on their own situation. Reading the site or sending us a message does not make you a client.
We only take on work once the scope, the responsibilities of each party, the role of any licensed partner and the fees have been agreed in a written engagement letter signed by both sides. Until that point, nothing on this site or in our correspondence creates any obligation on our part to act.
