AZP Holdings Ltd (registration HE 484144), 2 Pellopos Street, Ayios Andreas, 1101 Nicosia, Cyprus, decides how and why your personal data is handled when you contact us or use www.azpholdings.com. That makes us the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Cyprus' Law 125(I)/2018.
We are an advisory firm, not a high-traffic platform, so we collect very little:
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build marketing profiles. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the website.
We use your details to reply to you, to scope and deliver an engagement once you become a client, to coordinate with the licensed partner handling any regulated part of the work, and to meet our own legal and record-keeping duties.
Depending on the situation we rely on your consent, on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, on the performance of our engagement with you, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the firm, and on compliance with legal obligations that apply to us.
Because regulated work is delivered by independent licensed CSPs to whom we introduce you, we share the personal data strictly needed to make that introduction and let the partner carry the work out. We also rely on ordinary suppliers such as our email and IT providers. Everyone we share data with is bound to use it only for the purpose we give them and to keep it secure. We never sell your data.
Your data is processed within the European Economic Area wherever possible. If anything is transferred outside it, we put recognised safeguards in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request, and client records for as long as our professional, tax and legal obligations require, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable form, and you can withdraw any consent at any time. Write to info@azpholdings.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
